From a biosystemic approach, this process is about integrating the body-mind relationship with the help of the systems thinking and body sensations. We develop the mind’s capacity to regulate emotions, attention, thoughts, behavior, thus maturing habits that allow us to live our lives more consciously, flexibly, more easily.

It becomes natural for you to practice well-being through the systemic development of attention, somatic awareness, act, and individual counseling activities. Designrituals, i.e., habits and routines, stabilize the state of well-being, thus improving the quality of our relationships with others, maintaining emotional balance and flexibility during challenges. From time to time, a sense of meaningfulness and intention is strengthened. Through free and creative movements, it displays the inner plan of a self-identical and easy life, which is realized by new everyday life activities.

 

We instinctively desire to experience the light of well-being, our significance, uniqueness, and the ease of being as many times as we experience in our lives through the way we connect with others and the world around us. The more times we experience these experiences, the more they become part of our nature.
